What are the transfer limits?
Transfer limits vary by account type and relationship:

Internal Transfers (between your accounts):
• Daily limit: $10,000
• Monthly limit: $50,000
• Per transaction: $5,000

External Transfers (to other banks):
• Daily limit: $5,000
• Monthly limit: $25,000
• Per transaction: $2,500

Wire Transfers:
• Daily limit: $100,000 (with verification)
• Per transaction: $50,000

How long do transfers take?
Transfer times vary by type:

Instant Transfers (between your accounts):
• Available immediately

Standard ACH Transfers:
• 1-3 business days
• Initiated by 3 PM ET process same day

Wire Transfers:
• Domestic: 1-2 business days
• International: 2-5 business days

Real-Time Payments:
• Available 24/7, including weekends and holidays

How do I set up automatic transfers?
Setting up automatic transfers is easy:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to "Transfers"
3. Click "Schedule Transfer"
4. Choose "Make this a recurring transfer"
5. Select frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)
6. Set start and end dates (optional)
7. Review and confirm

You can manage all scheduled transfers in the "Scheduled Transfers" section.

What is Zelle® and how do I use it?
Zelle® is a fast, safe, and easy way to send money directly between almost any bank accounts in the U.S., typically within minutes.

To use Zelle®:
1. Log in to online or mobile banking
2. Navigate to the "Send Money with Zelle®" section
3. Enroll with your email or U.S. mobile number
4. Select recipient (email or mobile number)
5. Enter amount and send

Limits: $2,500 per day, $10,000 per month
