How do I deposit checks with my phone?
Mobile check deposit is easy and secure:

To deposit a check:
1. Open the mobile app and log in
2. Tap "Deposit" or "Mobile Deposit"
3. Select the account for deposit
4. Enter the check amount
5. Endorse the check: "For mobile deposit only"
6. Take photos of front and back
7. Review and submit

Important Notes:
• Keep the physical check for 14 days
• Maximum deposit: $5,000 per day
• Funds typically available within 1-2 business days
• Some checks may require additional hold time

Can I use Face ID or fingerprint to log in?
Yes, we support biometric authentication:

iOS (Face ID/Touch ID):
1. Open the app settings
2. Tap "Security"
3. Enable "Face ID" or "Touch ID"
4. Follow the prompts to set up

Android (Fingerprint):
1. Open the app settings
2. Tap "Security"
3. Enable "Fingerprint Login"
4. Register your fingerprint if not already done

What if I lose my phone?
If you lose your phone with banking access:

Immediate Actions:
1. Remote wipe/lock: Use Find My iPhone (iOS) or Find My Device (Android)
2. Change passwords: Log in from a computer and change your banking password
3. Contact us: Call to report lost device access
4. Revoke app access: We can remotely disable mobile banking on that device

Preventive Measures:
• Always use screen lock on your phone
• Enable remote tracking and wiping
• Use biometric authentication in the app
• Log out of the app when not in use
